Electronic Ignition II Conversion Kits work the same way as the original, but the Electronic Ignition II Conversion & Mounting Kit senses current levels at the coil and adjusts the dwell to maintain peak energy throughout the entire RPM range. Dwell angle is increased or decreased with changing engine RPM and operating conditions.

Electronic Ignition II Conversion Kits have a safety feature to prevent the module from burning out if the key is left in the ON position.

• Coil Conversion Mounting Plate (universal fit & may require modification)

• Distributor Cap: JJS905

Specifications

• Fits tractors with 12 volt negative ground system only
• For tractors with generator/alternator mounted on the RIGHT side as sitting in the seat
• For tractors with FRONT mount distributor (distributor is mounted DIRECTLY under the fan blade/water pump)
• Must use graphite style spark plug wires. DO NOT use stainless steel or copper wires. For graphite spark plug wires, please see: JJS12725
• Replaces the points and condenser with an electronic module
