Fits John Deere tractors with side console (hydraulic levers and rockshaft levers are located in a console on the right hand side of the driver). This feature was introduced in 1969, which was the same year that the electric system was updated to 12 volt and used an alternator. (of course older models could have their electric system be retrofitted and often are).
